1.       The Western Governor’s Association (WGA) Solar Task Force will (1) report on findings of its study of suggestions for ways that Arizona can increase its installation and production of solar energy, leveraging and supporting what will be required under the new Renewable Energy Standard and Tariff and (2) report on the progress being made by the Southwest Utility CSP Consortium.   The Speakers will be:             Fred Morse, Co-Chair, WGA Solar Task Force             Kate Maracas, Director, Energy Resources Inc.             Barbara Lockwood, Manager, Renewable Energy, APS     NO VOTES ON SUBSTANTIVE MATTERS WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS MEETING.
